Order terms & Conditions

All orders for Sydney delivery placed by 9am Monday to Friday will be shipped that day if delivery date on same day is requested, otherwise it will dispatch the next business day. All orders placed after 9am will be dispatched the next business day, unless specific dates are requested. All orders for outside Sydney Metro will be dispatched by 9am if order has been received by that time. Otherwise your order will go the following business day. All other State delivery timeframes are in our Delivery Information. Please note there is no delivery on after hour, weekend, and public holiday. All orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.  Please be advised due to high demand during special occasions you must pre order to guarantee your delivery on these occasions eg Christmas, Valentines, Mothers Day, Fathers Day Etc... and delivery dates are not always guaranteed due to influx of deliveries.

Incorrect information

Phone orders made are the customers responsibilty and we do our best to understand your requirements, although information given to our customer service team is confirmed. It is the customers responsibility to verify information given, we are not liable for changes after transaction has been made. Changes to order must be within a 24 hour period.

Via website, please check carefully the order information you enter on the order form. Incorrect information can lead to your order being delayed or if your gift is returned and needs to be redelivered, it will incur additional delivery fees.

Delivery

Delivery charge for Sydney metro is $ 18.00 ex GST per item. All delivery charges and estimated time of delivery outside Sydney metro region can be referred to in our delivery infomation. We have a discount rate on orders over $1000 call to discuss further.

While we make every effort to have your goods delivered on schedule, our couriers are not a guaranteed service. Hamper House does not accept the responsibility for any delivery delays. Hamper House are not liable for any loss or damage arising after dispatch has taken place. Hamper House are not responsible for whom signs for accepting delivery. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to an unattended address. Hamper House accepts no responsibility for any errors you make for card messages or other information. If an order needs to be redelivered an additional charge will be passed on to the customer. Please see our delivery information for full details.

Delivery Disclaimer

Please let us know if your delivery does not arrive within 15 days.
Hamper House conscientiously work towards the best possible delivery service to our customers. We have chosen to align ourselves with excellent delivery partners, however occasions may arise where, despite their best efforts, gifts are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your gifts.

 

Hampers & Basket availability

In the unlikely event that an individual item in a hamper is unavailable we will substitute it with a similar item of equal or greater value. If you do not want us to do this please state this in the comments section during checkout.

Cancellations

Cancellations or  changes to an order can be up to 24 hours prior to delivery date. To cancel an order please reply to your confirmation email, send us a note via sales@hamperhouse.com.au .Administration fee of Cancellation $50 apply.

Fruit Hamper

Fruit is purchased fresh each day and gifts are made to order. Fruit choices are made by the discretion of the team and take into consideration season, quality of fruit and therefore fruit selections can change on a daily basis. If you require specific fruit, please contact our team. Hamper House does not accept responsibility for any fruit spoilt or damage once it has left our premises. During summer season, Fruit Hamper is not advisable to deliver outside Sydney Metro address.

Returns & refund policy

Hamper House do not supply refunds for incorrect choices or non reading of terms. Applications for refunds outside our above trading terms will be assessed by our manager and may take a few days to process. Hamper House does not accept responsibility for a gift once it has left our premises, however, if a gift arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, we will asses the situation for replacement based on a case by case basis.

Liquor purchases

Under the Liquor Act 2007 it is an offence to supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Liquor Licence Number: LIQP724007797
